Lee County Residents! Register for free sponsorship by emailing your completed Minor Release Form (below) to info@lccatx.org. We will respond to let you know if you were one of the first ten to respond or to send you a PayPal invoice if you are not.
A signed, completed Minor Release Form is required for every student. Download and complete a copy of the Minor Release Form for each student you are registering. The form can be emailed to info@lccatx.org prior to June 3 or brought to the first class.
